this did not come with an access code like it says it does.

This book is clear and concise. The exercises are relevant and cumulative so you gain the essential practice needed for mastery.

the card number on the package is not available to activate the software.

I think I have a good handle on how to use quickbooks now. The textbook is easy to follow.
